Seeking an organized, motivated and energetic individual with an agricultural/construction and or parts background. The ideal candidate must actively sell, promote and quote products and capabilities of the Parts Department. Responsibilities will include recruit, hire and train department personnel – Work with PSR (Product Support Rep) to initiate top customer list and contact customers on a regular basis to build and reinforce strong relationships – Insure timely completion and submission of all reports, invoices and records associated with the daily operations in the department as well as handling customers at the counter. This is a critical position that helps our customers satisfy after market needs and requirements for parts. Must be a self-starter, goal oriented, comfortable dealing with the public and have good sales and telemarketing skills.
