Monroe Tractor is seeking a Branch Manager in the Binghamton area with a minimum of three years experience. This is a fast paced position that requires an experienced, take charge individual with a proven track record creating a team synergy that demonstrates and promotes best practices while continuously seeking ways to improve overall branch operations to deliver industry best service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing over Sales, Parts, and Service Department: all branch operations including service & maintenance, sales, parts, and employee-relations (scheduling, performance evaluations, etc.)
Prepare yearly business plan which includes forecasting revenues, expenses, reduce costs, strive to achieve customer satisfaction, and improve processes to continuously increase branch growth.
Able to communicate and partner with all departments within company: hire, develop, lead, communicate and empower all employees to make sound business decisions internally and with customers.
Minimum two year degree in Agriculture, Construction, Business or equivalent experience required.
