Job Summary

Are you looking to work for a major Agriculture Equipment distributor in Western New York? Monroe Tractor is growing and we are seeking a Parts Technician for our Batavia, NY location. We have an outstanding parts department and we want you to be part of our team. Prior parts department experience is a plus and an agricultural background is required .

Job summary and responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and in-house service department with their parts needs
  • Handle incoming parts related phone calls
  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain and organize retail parts merchandising displays
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties.
  • Maintaining and develop product knowledge to improve customer service.
  • Assist in parts physical inventory
  • Computer skills including MS Office.

Monroe Tractor provides its dedicated employees with competitive hourly compensation, bonus and benefits including health, dental, life, LTD and STD insurances, 401k with match and an Employee Stock Ownership plan. Applicant must have clean driving record, able to lift 25 pounds and successfully pass a background and drug test. This is a full time, 40 hour position
