The Service Manager is an experienced professional in the Agricultural equipment industry. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing our service business and shop activities. This includes preparing customer quotes, closing work orders and communicating with our customers. You will have consistent interaction with our factory-trained technicians and will be the direct contact on all service activities. You will be maintaining customer relationships while increasing service business and must be able to deliver a high level of professional customer service.
Job requirements include:
- Experience in Agricultural/construction equipment, and/or automotive service is a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Superior communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency is required
