Last week, Monroe Tractor hosted an in-house training for its service technicians and precision team focused on application equipment, strengthening the company’s ability to support customers in the field. The session brought together three key vendors (RBR Enterprises, New Leader spreaders, and Raven Industries) to provide specialized instruction on their application systems.
During the training, technicians gained an in depth understanding of the RBR chassis systems and how they work with New Leader spreader boxes. Raven Industries provided guidance on GPS and control technology that integrates and manages the entire setup.
This collaborative training ensures Monroe Tractor’s team is well prepared to diagnose and repair equipment issues quickly, helping customers minimize downtime during critical seasons. Because Raven and New Leader systems are also used by other OEM manufacturers, the training expands the team’s ability to service a wide range of brands, delivering greater value and support to customers across the region.
