Monroe Tractor was proud to participate in Career Day at Lincoln Technical Institute on June 10, connecting with students interested in careers in the heavy equipment industry.
Representing Monroe Tractor were South Windsor Branch Manager Matt Dennehey, Service Manager Jonathon Lago, and Corporate Recruiter Lynn Watterson. Throughout the event, the team met with students to discuss career opportunities in equipment sales, service, parts, and support. They shared insights into the industry, highlighted potential career paths, and discussed the skills and experience that can help build a successful career in the field.
Career Day provided an opportunity for students to learn more about the heavy equipment industry and the essential role that equipment professionals play in supporting construction, agriculture, landscaping, and other industries. Students were encouraged to ask questions about day-to-day responsibilities, career growth opportunities, and the various paths available within the industry.
As a company committed to supporting workforce development, Monroe Tractor values opportunities to connect with students and introduce them to rewarding careers that keep equipment and businesses running.
Thank you to Lincoln Technical Institute for hosting this event and to all the students who stopped by to learn more about Monroe Tractor and the opportunities available within our organization.
