Happy retirement, Dave!

Today we celebrate the retirement of Dave Fassinger from Monroe Tractor Syracuse! After nearly four decades of dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment, Dave is officially hanging up his hat and heading into retirement.

Dave has been an incredible part of the Monroe Tractor team. His knowledge and teamwork have left a lasting mark on everyone who worked with him. As he steps into this next chapter, alongside his wife (who also just retired) we wish them both many joyful years ahead filled with relaxation and plenty of time on the golf course!

Thank you, Dave, for your 39 years and 10 months of outstanding service. Your legacy will always be part of Monroe Tractor. Congratulations and enjoy every moment, you’ve earned it!
