How we are managing the coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Customer:

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is a major concern for everyone, we want to share with you how we are managing the situation. We have not had any type of exposure, but our first priority remains the health and wellbeing of our associates, customers and community. We are also very sensitive to the needs you many have to purchase / rent, service your equipment, and get parts. All our locations in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut continue to be open normal operating hours, and our team stands ready to help you.

To minimize the health risks as much as possible, all of our people who will come into contact with your machinery and employees, will use best hygiene practices and follow the CDC guidelines. We have instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and to monitor their symptoms.

If you are sick but have urgent needs to repair your machine, please do not come to the dealership. Give us a call and we will dispatch field service technicians to you without risking the health of our employees or your associates.

If you are interested in purchasing or servicing a piece of equipment, but are not comfortable coming into the dealership, email, text or give us a call. We are prepared to be very flexible doing business online, on the phone, or bringing machines and services to you.

We continue to be here to provide outstanding service for all of your equipment needs. We thank you for your support of our business and our associates, for trusting Monroe Tractor with the privilege of providing your equipment needs, and for helping to keep our community safe.

Thank you,
Monroe Tractor.
