Outstanding Service at Monroe Tractor Buffalo

Here at Monroe Tractor, we do everything can we to keep our customers working. Through our relationships with manufacturers, we can navigate through product-specific support. This year, our service team at Monroe Tractor Buffalo was given the “2019 Remarkable Excellence in Product & Customer Support” award by Humdinger Equipment Ltd.

How They Were Chosen

Humdinger chose the winner of this award based on customer and Humdinger service team nominations. Our Buffalo service center was identified as providing “the best possible service and product support.” This is a goal that each of our locations strives for every day.

From the Branch Manager

Bruce Klementowski, Branch Manager of Monroe Tractor Buffalo, was enthusiastic about this recognition. He explained, “we have certainly learned a lot about the product here in the field and have an appreciation for the overall quality of the Tana equipment [Humdinger supplies].”

The partnership Monroe Tractor has with Humdinger and their product support team is what allows us to provide customers with outstanding service. Humdinger quickly responds and goes the extra mile to help our team evaluate and resolve the problems our customers face in the field.

Congratulations to our Buffalo team on this noteworthy accomplishment!
