New sales rep in Connecticut!

Monroe Tractor Welcomes Aaron Dillon as Sales Representative for Eastern Connecticut.

At Monroe Tractor, our promise to customers is simple: “We are here to keep you doing your job.” With that mission in mind, we are proud to announce our Connecticut location’s new Equipment Sales Representative, Aaron Dillon.

Aaron comes to us with nearly nine years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, he served as the Northeast Account Manager for Engcon North America. Previously, he held similar sales roles within the sand and gravel industries. He looks forward to bringing his industry knowledge to his customers throughout Tolland, Windham, and New London counties.

“My goal for all of my customers is to make them feel comfortable from our first conversation till the end of the sale, and make sure they know that my service to them does not end there,” said Aaron, “I will assist them with anything they need, and connect them with resources along the way.”
