NYS FFA Convention

Last week, Monroe Tractor participated as a 2-star sponsor for the NYS FFA State convention. Over 2,000 students and their advisors came to the Buffalo Convention Center to participate in three days of seminars and competitions, and to interact with the colleges and companies that hire these individuals. These students were not only focused on agriculture but also on construction.
We had great interactions with all of the students, and we even met some of our customers’ kids. The students were engaging, smart, and focused, and many of them had already planned out their career paths. As you can see, our simulator was a big hit! This training tool lent by CASE IH is a tractor seat with controls and pro 12000 display from AFS connect that provides the same experience of operating a Puma, Optum, Magnum or Steiger. We are glad to have had so many students interested in this tool.
Looking to the future, these students are exactly the type of hard workers we hope to bring to the team and are excited to see the direction the next leaders of America are headed. Thank you for joining us!
