Monroe Tractor

Service manager fall meeting.

Monroe Tractor hosted a Service Manager Meeting last week, bringing together service leaders from across all locations to strengthen alignment, share best practices, and continue delivering exceptional customer support.

The training featured a strong turnout from across our stores, with sessions led by subject matter experts covering a range of key topics including warranty, telematics, service inspections, technician hiring and onboarding, marketing initiatives for the upcoming season, safety, and flat rate setup and pre-delivery processes.

The meeting encouraged open conversation and collaboration between managers, with our more experienced leaders sharing proven strategies to help newer managers navigate day-to-day challenges. Attendees discussed ways to improve efficiency, enhance communication between departments, and continue providing high-quality service that keeps our customers’ equipment up and running.

“The goal of this meeting was to ensure all our Service Managers are aligned on best practices and have the tools they need to lead successful teams,” said Neil Golden, Service Director. “By learning from one another and hearing directly from our subject matter experts, we’re building stronger, more consistent service operations across all locations.”

Bringing the team together face-to-face reinforced Monroe Tractor’s commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and living out our core value of keeping our customers working.
