An Outstanding Service Technician

On Monday, just before ConExpo Con/Ag began, Humdinger Equipment and TANA North America hosted their 1st Annual Dealer Recognition Event. The night celebrated individuals who had a year of remarkable excellence.

Monroe Tractor Syracuse employee, Ben Humphries, was awarded what they consider to be their highest honor. As the recipient of the Service Technician of the Year award, Ben was recognized for his commitment to the TANA product line and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Mark Wisniewski, Syracuse Brand Manager, said, “(Ben) is a Road Tech that will always answer his phone. 4 AM start times are common and after-hours is second nature.”  His relationship with the customer as well as the manufacturer is what sets him apart. Wisniewski explained, “Ben has a way of putting the Customer at ease – even during catastrophic downtimes and will always get the correct information to the manufacturer.”
