Happy Retirement, Dick!

"Dick Scheid is a true “one of a kind” and I have sincerely enjoyed working with him over the past 25 years. His intellect, passion, sense of humor, integrity and sincerity are standout traits that make him a very unique individual.

His depth of knowledge, expertise in Monroe Tractor’s systems and his range of ideas are attributes that will be missed (and, of course, his opinions). His ability to teach and instruct has been instrumental in the development of numerous parts department personnel throughout the years. Dick has always been willing to lend a helping hand wherever possible.

I will personally miss hearing his thoughts and ideas, discussing issues of the day and just having him around. Dick’s ingenuity and accomplishments will contribute to the success of Monroe Tractor for years to come. I would like to wish Dick the very best for a long, healthy and enjoyable retirement. You deserve it and will be missed."
