Precision Application Control systems use GPS to help you optimize the use of products in the field to reduce costs and enhance yield. The automatic section control on application control systems creates a map of your field which is used to turn planters, sprayers, or other applicators on and off when a section is overlapping during a pass.
Application Control Systems also provide variable rate application control using GPS and prescriptions to adjust the rate of release throughout your field. This allows you to use less product where there is less yield potential and more where you have optimal conditions.
