Monroe Tractor Hosts Employee Application Training Day
Monroe Tractor Canandaigua recently hosted a comprehensive employee training day, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and skill enhancement. The day was split into two sessions, with the morning focusing on sales and product knowledge, and the afternoon dedicated to service and technical training. This balanced approach ensured holistic development for our team members.
The training was led by our Application Specialist, Joe DeBrock, in collaboration with product specialists from Case IH and Raven. These experts brought invaluable insights and hands-on experience. Participants had the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of the latest application machinery, including the newly launched 50 series Patriot sprayer, the versatile Trident combo unit, and the RBR Vector equipped with a New Leader dry box.
This event underscores Monroe Tractor’s commitment to excellence and preparedness, ensuring that our team is always ready to meet our customers’ needs with the utmost expertise. With over 40 employees participating in this training, we continue to strengthen our position as a leader in the agricultural equipment sector, equipped with both knowledge and the latest technology.
