Celebrating the Retirement of Cindy Linderman and Rick Engasser

Celebrating the Retirement of Cindy Linderman and Rick Engasser: A Fond Farewell!

Today, we bid a heartfelt farewell to two exceptional individuals, Cindy Linderman, our Admin in Batavia, and Rick Engasser, our Case IH Rep, whose contributions have helped shape Monroe Tractor into what it is today.

Cindy Linderman: 50 Years of Dedication
Cindy's journey of five decades has been a testament to loyalty and dedication. She knows just about every customer Batavia has ever taken care of (usually by first name). Her invaluable contributions have left a mark, and as she embarks on a well-deserved retirement, we wish her abundant joy, unforgettable rounds of golf, and cherished moments with friends. Cindy, you will be deeply missed.

"Cindy - We wish you the best in your retirement after 50 years with Monroe Tractor. You were a loyal associate, one who could always be counted on to do the right thing on behalf of Monroe Tractor. We hope you and Craig find happiness in the next chapter of your life and enjoy your golf, bowling, and friends for many years to come. You will be missed." – Janet

Rick Engasser: A Force Over the Decades
Rick’s creative force in the realm of Case IH equipment, has been a pillar of support for Monroe Tractor. He has helped train our sales staff, set up customer events, and put deals together to offer to our customer base. As he steps into retirement, we express our heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering assistance. Here's to Rick and Donna, wishing them a future filled with creativity, prosperity, and the fulfillment of well-earned dreams.

"Rick - Thank you for all your help throughout many decades in supporting the sale of Case IH equipment on our behalf. You were always there with our creativity or dollars to help us complete a sale. We wish you and Donna the best for many years in your retirement; you have more than earned them." – Janet
