CLAAS Customer Event

Monroe Tractors Hosts Celebratory CLAAS Customer Event

Last week, Monroe Tractor hosted a customer event in celebration of CLAAS's remarkable 50 years of excellence in forage harvesting. The event, held at the Turning Stone Casino, was filled with networking opportunities, machine walk-arounds, and insightful Q&A sessions. Monroe Tractor welcomed more than 130 customers that represented 55 farms in our area!

The event commenced with 5 in-depth CLAAS machine walk-around stations that addressed ways to optimize machine performance. They learned about a variety of equipment, including a chopper and head, an Axion tractor, and a set of Triple mowers. CLAAS specialized technicians were available at each station to offer valuable insights into the features and functionalities of each machine, showing CLAAS's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Throughout the evening, guests were treated to dinner and drinks while Ron Hoover from Penn State discussed forage harvesting and handling. Customers were then given the opportunity to discuss ideas and share their experiences with CLAAS equipment. One customer shared that he enjoys working with CLAAS because so many of the company representatives are local and have always been willing to make a farm call if needed.

As CLAAS celebrates 50 years of success, the event served as a reminder of the company's dedication to listening to its customers and striving for continuous improvement. For nearly 3 decades CLAAS and Monroe have been working together providing parts, service, and equipment to our customer base. The collaboration between CLAAS and Monroe Tractor reinforces a shared commitment to excellence in service and support by staying at the front of technology in the industry.

Here's to 50 Years of excellence, and to 50 more to come! 🌾🚜🎉
