Monroe Tractor Parts Team Attends Buyers Advantage Winter Conference 2024

Monroe Tractor's parts team traveled to Washington D.C. for the Buyers Advantage Winter Conference 2024. Rob Atwood, Ken Zelter, Jonah Duyssen, and Neil Golden represented Monroe Tractor at the event which stands as a collaborative network of dealerships across the United States, fostering partnerships with vendors such as Exxon Mobil, Fill-Rite, Baldwin Filters, and more.

These connections allow us to better serve our customers by providing alternatives to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. By building relationships with these vendors, Monroe Tractor not only gains access to competitive pricing but also secures the ability to source parts for all equipment makes and models. This further enhances our ability to support our customers, keeping them, and all their machines, working.

The conference served as an opportunity for our team to engage directly with representatives from each vendor. Through insightful discussions with vendor reps and fellow dealers, we learned about new programs and offerings aimed at bolstering our customer support initiatives. The event spanned a day and a half of enriching roundtable sessions held at the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport Conference Center.

The first night treated attendees to a memorable social event at the National Air and Space Museum. Against the backdrop of aerospace marvels, we mingled with conference-goers, building valuable connections while enjoying dinner under the iconic space shuttle.

Our team left with practical insights and actionable strategies to elevate our parts and service offerings. As always, Monroe Tractor remains committed to staying at the forefront of the industry to better serve our customers.

Stay tuned as we bring these learnings back to our stores, ensuring that Monroe Tractor continues to deliver unparalleled service and support to our valued customers.
