Our Own Emerging Leader

AED Emerging Leaders Council elected Monroe Tractor’s Marketing Manager, Laura Wilkas to be the Chair of their young leaders group. The Council is a group of young professionals across the country who work with AED to help provide direction on how to best serve the demographic with networking and educational opportunities.

Laura Wilkas shares, “it provides a unique opportunity for the younger members of dealerships to network and build relationships outside their day to day. We hope it gives AED a new perspective and in tangent, provides a great way for the next generation to come together and learn. ”
