Farmall training in Canandaigua

Monroe Tractor recently brought together 28 members of our Ag and CE sales teams for an in-depth look at the newest updates to the Case IH Farmall lineup. The training was led by four Case IH representatives: Farmall Product Specialist Daniel Cote, High Horsepower Product Specialist Juston Croner, Territory Sales Manager Brandon Weston, and Matt Zerby from Case IH Financial.

Case IH provided three tractors, the Farmall 120A, 120C, and 120M, for both classroom learning and ride-and-drive sessions. This combination gave attendees a firsthand understanding of the machines’ performance and the improvements made across the updated Farmall A and C Series.

Key updates highlighted during the training included the new brake-to-clutch option, an enhanced hydraulic system, heavier front axles, and upgraded operator comfort features. These refinements strengthen the Farmall line’s usability and durability, offering clear advantages for a wide range of customers.

The session also provided an opportunity for open discussion with Case IH specialists, helping the team better understand how these updates translate into everyday customer benefits. Hands-on time with the equipment allowed participants to see the changes in action, ask questions, and compare differences between models.

Events like this help ensure our team is well-informed and prepared to guide customers through the latest offerings in the Farmall series as we head into the upcoming season.
