We had 40 special guests
On January 11th we welcomed 40 students from the Heavy Equipment Operation and Maintenance program, from the WEMOCO Career and Technical Education Center Monroe 2 and Orleans BOCES.
The students were there to learn first hand how a dealership works through a brief presentation, a tour of the Parts, Sales and Service departments and a visit to the yard where they got the opportunity to check out all the equipment.
A special Thank You to Monroe Tractors Human resource Manager, Katie Butler who has been on the Special Ed Advisory Council at the WEMOCO Career and Technical Education Center Monroe 2 and Orleans BOCES, for over 15 years along with being an adviser for the CTE. Jay Schadler, a Henrietta Salesman who has also had a prior relationship with them, John Dancy and staff for their hospitality, and Upstate Milk for donating individual cartons of milk for the students to enjoy. We could not have provided these students with this opportunity if it wasn’t for you.
