Open House Roundup 2018

Putting the customer first is Monroe Tractor’s motto, and we like to give back to show our appreciation! This year we had incredibly successful open houses where we met with many of you as we opened our doors for more than just business. Here are some highlights:

Campbell

The first major event at their new location, Campbell blew it out of the water with their open house. Over 400 customers attended, and while food was a motivator, most stopped by for more than that. Unfortunately the equipment rodeo was canceled due to inclement weather, but there were plenty of other attractions such as a raffle, parts and service specials, and test drives.

Ken, an NPK representative, noted that it was “the best open house he has ever been a part of.” Jonathan Burns from Burns Family Farms echoed the sentiment, stating that “this was the best open house [he] has been to since [he] was a little kid.”

Adams Center

Adams Center didn’t have a whole new building to showcase, but their new parts showroom and service bay turned quite a few heads! That was the secondary objective, however, as this open house recognized 30 years of Monroe Tractor serving the Adams Center community.

This year brought about 375 individuals through Adams Center’s doors. Many to check out the new and improved capabilities of this branch, and others to see a few of the dozen vendors who set up shop.

Many thanks to you, the customer, for giving us the opportunity to fulfill your needs!
