Understanding CLAAS Digital Platform Updates

CLAAS held a training class for salesmen and product specialists at Monroe Tractor! We are committed to keeping our team up to date with the technology offered on machines to provide our customers with unmatched support.

This training session covered the new digital platforms available for CLAAS machines. These platforms include remote service and telematics, as well as the new customer portals that will help us provide a more proactive service experience.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn how they can interface with customers' machines and help owners to identify and understand productivity challenges in their field.
