Sales annual meeting and awards

Getting things done off the road - Monroe Tractor's Annual Sales Meeting

Monroe Tractor’s sales team got together for an annual meeting to go over best practices, new technology, marketing efforts, and hear what’s new from our vendors. The day and a half included group sessions with both agriculture salesmen and construction salesmen as well as individual sessions specific to their industries. Leadership was on hand to hear feedback, provide insight into the state of the business and answer questions.

It was an informative meeting but also allowed everyone an opportunity to learn from each other and interact in person.

It wasn’t all work and the first day concluded with drinks, dinner, and awards. Monroe Tractor’s Agriculture Sales Director James Kingston and Construction Sales Director Mark Padoleski went the extra mile to highlight team members who stood out for their efforts! Check out the proud recipients of the prestigious “Fel-Oscars” and “Won it. Wear it” awards.
