Bought a machine back in November that I had a lot of problems with off the bat. Bruce the manager went above and beyond to make sure I stayed up and running. All service techs were professional and knowledgeable. Jeff the service manager answers his phone AND returns phone calls which is rare these days. These people actually care about the customer.
