Announcing Rhiannon Shuman, as Albany's new Service Manager.

Please join us in congratulating Rhiannon Shuman, on her promotion from Albany’s Service Writer to Albany’s Service Manager. As Service Writer, Rhiannon fielded service calls, scheduled technicians, created new accounts, and assisted the service manager in the growth of the department.

As Service Manager Rhiannon's responsibilities will be:

  • Assure Monroe Tractor will keep customer
    equipment up and running
  • Handle all communications within the service department and with customers
  • Continue to improve Albany’s service levels
